How often are the refills sent?
Refill allocations are dispatched on the 5th of every month directly from our Theni facility. We package them in food-grade eco-pouches designed to top up your glass canister jars.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?

Are the rare spices customizable?
For Culinary and Legacy tiers, you will receive an email 5 days before dispatch showing the upcoming rare lot. You can opt to stick to it or swap it for a standard refill.
What is full pantry optimization?
Under the Legacy Tier, we schedule a design call to catalogue your storage containers. We then send custom-sized luxury amber jars with matching engraved spice names.
